- Part-Time 3rd shift (1900-0700) - the shift begins at 7pm and ends at 7am
- 0.6 FTE 2-days per week (12-hour shifts)
- Weekend Rotation (Saturday & Sunday)

Pay Range
$19.80 - $29.70Key Duties:
- Patient Management – Admitting, transferring and discharging patients; ensuring accurate documentation and communication throughout the processes.
- Record Keeping – Maintaining and updating patient medical records, including electronic health records (EPIC), and compiling charts.
- Communication – Serving as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments; answering phone calls; relaying information.
- Scheduling – Coordinating appointments, procedures and surgeries for patients.
- Clerical Tasks – Performing various typing, filing and data entry projects.
- Supply Management – Ordering and organizing supplies for the unit.
- Patient Assistance – Helping patients and families by answering questions, giving directions, providing forms and brochures.
- Other Duties – May be asked to prepare birth/death certificates, vital sign graphs, or other various unit projects.
Education Required:
- High School Graduate (HSD, GED, HSED)
Experience Required:
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating the ability to perform the following skills:
- Problem-Solving: Making fast, accurate decisions under pressure.
- Prioritization: Managing multiple patients and tasks simultaneously.

- Clear Communication: Conveying information quickly and accurately to patients, families, and the healthcare team.
