Overview of The Role

Saputo is seeking an Advisor Human Resources, for an existing opportunity within our organization.

Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will leverage your strong time‑management skills to support the Corporate Human Resources (HR) team and Canadian Operations. You will demonstrate rigor and attention to detail in the execution of administrative tasks, as well as in the preparation of various documents and reports. Your strong organizational skills will contribute to the success of our team. You will support HR functions in day‑to‑day operations.

You will be involved in employee file management, recruitment processes, the annual compensation review cycle, and more.
As a Workday super user, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will be expected to be proactive and to adopt an employee‑centric approach, while taking business needs into account.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

  • Collaborate with and support Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) for Corporate functions and Canadian operations to ensure the accuracy and timely entry of all required data in the Human Resources Information System (Workday).

  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees and ensure their files are up to date prior to their start date.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters related to Workday and deliver basic Workday training to HR when needed.

  • Relay information and/or respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding daytoday HR matters (policies, vacation, systems, etc.).

  • Prepare and distribute various internal announcements and communications.

  • Plan and coordinate and execute employee recognition events

  • Track employee absences, terminations, and life events, and notify HR Business Partners accordingly.

  • Prepare various Workday reports for internal partners and the HR team.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information while ensuring the security of records, data, and files.

  • Contribute to various Human Resources team projects.

  • Process and file vendor invoices.

  • Perform any other related duties as required.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

•A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role

• Advanced experience with an HRIS (Human Resources Information System); knowledge of Workday is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Recognized rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent judgment, accuracy, discretion, and ability to work autonomously
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build trusted interpersonal relationships
• High level of professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong customer service orientation and respect for deadlines
• Good analytical skills

As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

Salary: $68,530 - $90,080

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
