About the role
Essential Functions
- Assist with the oversight of the evaluation processes for the pre-clerkship/clerkship components of the medical education program, utilizing various software tools with integrated tracking system for monitoring and compliance status.
- Plan, schedule, and disseminate evaluations for the pre-clerkship years at the end of each unit and course, aligning evaluation timelines with course schedules and informing both students and faculty about the evaluation process; and monitoring the dissemination of the clerkship evaluations to ensure timely dissemination.
- Provide pre-clerkship and clerkship reports for continuous quality improvement with measurable outcomes including supervision of required clinical experiences, inpatient and outpatient experiences, teaching, assessments, evaluations (faculty, student, courses, professionalism, etc.) curriculum mapping for mapping medical education program objectives prescribed by faculty.
- Function as a stakeholder communication liaison between educational administrators (pre-clerkship and clerkship) IT staff, and software platform providers associated with the OCEE.
- Collaborate with the software provider for any technical support, upgrades, and new features.
- Manage contracts and licensing agreements for the software platform.
- Provide training to educators, students, and staff on how to use platforms effectively; and communicate updates, best practices, and system changes.
- Track the effectiveness of changes made based on evaluation feedback over time, and continuously monitor how subsequent evaluations compare to previous ones.
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Ability to manage timelines and logistics across multiple units, courses, and clerkships ensuring deadlines are met and data is disseminated in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of educational soft-ware platforms and troubleshooting.
- Diligence, ensuring data is accurate and processes are implemented accordingly.
- Problem-solving abilities, being able to manage issues effectively, including technical support and user concerns.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred from an accredited college or university with at least two (2) years of directly related expertise in higher education experience required.
