About the role: 

Altium is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive growth across our Education and Professional Training business. This role will own the development and execution of integrated marketing programs, strategic partnerships, and demand-generation campaigns that expand awareness, engagement, and adoption of Altium solutions within academic institutions, training providers, and professional learning communities.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with content development experience and a passion for advancing technology education. This individual thrives in cross-functional environments and brings a results-focused mindset to program execution and performance optimization.

 A day in the life of our Marketing Program Manager

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow Altium’s presence within education and professional training markets.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, product strategy, and revenue goals.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across academic institutions, training organizations, and certification programs.

Program Development & Campaign Execution

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting educators, students, academic leaders, and industry professionals.
  • Drive demand generation through digital channels, including email marketing, social media, paid media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create compelling messaging and content tailored to education audiences.

Partnership Marketing

  • Build and manage marketing relationships with academic institutions, professional training organizations, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and collaborative promotional efforts.
  • Identify strategic alliances that expand market reach and enhance brand credibility.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for marketing programs and partnerships.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to continuously optimize program performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging, launches, and customer engagement strategies.
