About the role
Liquid Personnel is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its client's small, friendly and flexible team in Bradford, working across the city and districts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out functional assessments and reviews
- Prescribing equipment and minor adaptations
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Contributing to safeguarding and risk assessments
- Preparing reports for care planning and legal processes
- Promoting inclusive, person-centred practice

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-grad experience with adults with learning disabilities, neurodiversity, or physical disabilities
- HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
- Experience in a local authority setting preferred
- Car driver essential
