Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful activation and engagement of Providers and Service Companies joining the Field Nation marketplace. As one of the first points of contact for new marketplace participants, this role is responsible for delivering a structured and consultative onboarding experience that enables Providers and organizations to successfully launch their operations on the platform.
This role is highly customer-facing and involves working directly with high-value Providers and Service Companies, including strategic partners and referred organizations that require a more hands-on onboarding experience. The Onboarding Specialist serves as a trusted advisor and platform expert, ensuring these users understand Field Nation’s tools, workflows, and marketplace dynamics so they can successfully engage with work orders and grow their business.
The role also collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Provider Experience teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey and continuously improve the activation process.
