Support the onboarding of agents by handling licensing, contracting and due diligence procedure and documentation, and preparing agency agreements and financing-related documents.
Assist in handling the new agents’ onboarding process in accordance with the protocol and relevant guidelines, including documents and due diligence checking, file preparation, system updates, and contract signing arrangements.
Support HKIA, Investment link registration processes, including new applications, renewals, and annual CPD administration, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance team efficiency.
Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma / University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or administrative support role.
Exposure to agency recruitment, licensing, or onboarding operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in written English and Chinese.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and administrative processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
