1.客梯／貨梯／升降機保養與維護作業

· 例行保養、定期檢查、異常通報與改善追蹤。

2.廚房設備、飲水機及水質檢測管理

· 設備維護保養、濾心更換、水質檢測與合規管理。

3.辦公區設施維護作業

· 辦公區照明、插座及廁所相關設備之巡檢、維修與改善。

4.二次配工程及廠務設施需求工單執行

· 二次配電工程管理、廠務設施需求評估與工單執行追蹤。

5.生產機台 Move In／Move Out／搬移工程管理與執行

· 工程規劃、跨單位協調、施工安全與進度管控。

Passenger / Freight Elevator / Lift Maintenance and Servicing
• Routine maintenance, periodic inspections, abnormal issue reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
Kitchen Equipment, Water Dispensers, and Water Quality Management
• Equipment maintenance, filter replacement, water quality testing, and compliance management.
Office Area Facilities Maintenance
• Inspection, repair, and improvement of office lighting, power outlets, and restroom-related facilities.
Secondary Electrical Works and Facilities Work Order Execution
• Secondary electrical works management, facilities requirement assessment, and work order execution tracking.
Production Tool Move-In / Move-Out / Relocation Management and Execution
• Project planning, cross-functional coordination, construction safety, and schedule control.
