Contract: fix term, Curricular Internship

Offer: 800 EUR per month

We are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to be based in our office in Milan. This internship is a very exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional, as it offers a unique mix of responsibilities across:

  • HR: you will be supporting the Italian HR team with all administrative and HR related tasks

  • Talent Acquisition: you will be supporting the recruitment activities with the end to end recruiting process across a variety of roles from staff to graduates and senior office roles

What you will be responsible for:

HR

  • Monitoring time & attendance data in our internal HRIS

  • Keeping track of HR/Payroll related documents

  • Following up on sickness and accident procedures

  • Providing support to store members on HR questions and issues, together with the HR Team

  • Supporting in recruiting store members when required

  • Producing periodic reports, presentations and statistics on HR activity

Talent Acquisition

  • Providing first-class candidate experience by managing all communications with candidates throughout their selection process (invitations to assessment centers and interviews, decline messages…)

  • Identifying and contact top candidates

  • Updating Talent Acquisition colleagues and recruiting managers of progress at all times

  • Following and suggest optimisation of our recruitment processes

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in HR, Law, Business, Economics, Sociology or equivalent

  • Fluent in Italian and English with strong written and spoken skills in both languages

  • Computer literate, with experience of writing email and using Excel

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, while maintaining a strong attention to details

  • Strong communication abilities

  • Enthusiastic about working with a team as well as on their own

  • Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude
