Job Description
The Cardmember Access and Experiences team is responsible for designing and delivering experiences, perks and privileges for Citi cardmembers that differentiate Citi products and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability.
The Entertainment Benefits Program Manager, Vice President role will support the development and execution of Citi’s entertainment benefits strategy, helping deliver compelling access and experiences across sports, concerts and live events. This role will partner closely with the Citi Sponsorships team to drive increased customer engagement with Citi Entertainment and ensure the program's strategy aligns with USCC business priorities. Key responsibilities include contributing to innovation within the entertainment benefits space, and optimizing the program's value proposition, and enhancing capabilities. The role also encompasses partner management, data analytics, and targeted marketing strategies to maximize awareness, usage, and sustained engagement with Citi Entertainment offerings, thereby strengthening the overall Citi relationship.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Citi Sponsorships team to strategically align the Citi Entertainment offerings and roadmap with overarching USCC business priorities and growth objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with digital, technology, product development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent delivery of the Citi Entertainment experience across all card member segments (single, multi-card, and multi-relationship).
Identify opportunities for synergy and integration with other USCC benefits, rewards programs, and digital experiences to maximize customer value and engagement.
Collaborate with the Citi Sponsorships team on key partnerships within the entertainment industry, cultivating relationships that enhance program value and exclusivity for Citi cardmembers.
Identify opportunities to optimize the end-to-end Citi Entertainment customer journey, contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, digital experience, and overall program effectiveness.
Develop and execute reporting frameworks and provide executive-level presentations on the performance, strategic impact, and alignment of the Citi Entertainment program with USCC priorities.
Proactively identify and help resolve potential issues, ensuring robust controls and a seamless operational environment for all Citi Entertainment initiatives in partnership with the core team.
Contribute to innovation within the entertainment benefits space, exploring new opportunities and technologies in collaboration with the Citi Entertainment team to maintain market leadership and relevance.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product management, program management, or marketing management within the financial services or entertainment industry, with a strong preference for experience in loyalty or card benefits programs.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams and foster collaboration in a matrixed organization to achieve strategic goals.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, particularly with senior leadership and external partners.
Demonstrated experience in third-party vendor and relationship management, especially within the entertainment or events sector.
Strong track record of delivering results, creating executable strategies, and driving meaningful outcomes in dynamic environments.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure within tight deadlines.
A curious mindset, with a strong interest in challenging conventional norms and thinking strategically about future program opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
