WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Ability to travel between the Franciscan Health Crown Point, Dyer, and Munster locations.

  • Act as an administrative liaison for the Division Board of Directors and the Hospital.

  • Prepare and monitor annual budget and cost containment.

  • Conserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, records, and reports.

  • Coordinate meeting plan by communicating details to staff, confirming participants and room availability, and publishing agendas and communicating modifications, as needed.

  • Develop and utilize records management systems, to ensure appropriate information is retained and easily accessible, and in accordance with record retention policies.

  • Prepare and monitor annual budget and cost containment, and manage office activities.


 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required

  • Associate's Degree - Preferred

  • 5 years Executive Secretarial Experience - Required

  • Supervisor Experience - Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

Up to 20%
