A Day in the Life

Join our Tender Team and gain hands-on experience supporting tender and contract administration processes in a dynamic, international environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, while developing valuable skills in commercial operations within the medical device industry.
 
Details:
•    Start date: June/July 2026
•    Location: Belgrade
•    Duration: 12 months
•    Working hours: 40h/week
•    Working model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Assisting in tender and commercial contract administration processes
•    Supporting the preparation and collection of required documentation and statements for tenders
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Sales) to ensure smooth tender execution
•    Contributing to tender processes within the medical device industry 
•    Supporting tender team with price upload into Vendavo pricing tool
•    Supporting data management in Salesforce (SFDC), including tender pipeline and contract repository
 
Required knowledge and skills:
•    Recently graduated or in the final year of studies preferably in Legal or Paralegal, Economy, Business, Management, Administrative Management or related fields
•    Fluency in Serbian
•    Good command of English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level) 
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•    Strong attention to detail with a results- and quality-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:
•    Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Team-oriented
