We’re looking for a strong GL-focused accounting professional to play a key role in our monthly close and core accounting operations. This role sits at the center of the accounting function: owning critical pieces of the close, ensuring financial accuracy, and partnering closely with leadership to support a fast-scaling business. You’ll also help review and guide offshore resources, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand into more ownership and informal leadership.

What You’ll Do

Support and help drive execution of the monthly close process
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Ensure assigned close deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Review and provide guidance on work performed by offshore accounting staff
Perform variance analysis and support internal financial reporting
Partner with leadership on audit readiness, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
Help maintain and strengthen accounting policies, documentation, and internal controls
Support accounting for new transactions, business initiatives, and operational changes
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Work within and help optimize systems including NetSuite, FloQast, Ramp, Rippling, Salesforce (or similar tools)
