About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator to join our Facilities Services team in Auckland. Reporting to the Electrical Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end pricing and delivery of minor works and projects. You will prepare quality quotes, oversee project execution, and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting. This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

About you:

• Trade qualified in Electrical, with current registration highly advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance environment.

• At least 2 years’ experience in estimating and/or project management.

• Experience using estimating packages (e.g. VO6 or similar).

• Strong written communication skills, especially in preparing estimates.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
