Group Summary:

四、主要岗位职责

．实施工厂仓库管理体系 建立仓库管理制度 执行并持续优化仓库布置 持续优化员工分工并提升效率 在仓库倡导实施5S、Mafact、MMOG\LE活动 组织实施库房可视化

2．监控仓库与存货管理

指导、督促组员检查物流流转各环节，确保按规定要求完成 协调处理物料流转时各环节之间的问题，并及时有效解决 确认仓储及运输相关费用及汇总结算报批，确保费用无误 执行物料库存控制目标，并确保目标的有效达成

3． 物料配送与发料控制

指导及督促按计划执行生产配送的定额发货 及时报告并督促呆废物料按流程进行处理 组织厂内物料资源支持新项目生产和交付

4．监控物流服务商

制订第三方物流公司的日常管理规定及参与对其评价工作，指导、督促组员对第三方物流公司的工作检查 监控运输服务商在工厂的表现 审核物流服务费用

5．系统日常运维管理

系统基础数据维护 负责系统操作手册的编写和最终用户的培训 月结数据监控处理 解决系统日常运行操作问题并对现场业务进行支持 对于非操作问题的系统异常，分析其发生原因并跟踪协调解决 参与物流信息系统及相关外围系统的规划、方案讨论、测试验证及最终落地实施

6．遵守与执行体系要求

遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
