About the role
We’re looking for an AV Events Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager – Broadcast. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver high quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain Monday.com boards to track, prioritize, and organize AV event projects.
• Serve as the main liaison between the AV team and external vendors, ensuring accurate and timely project information.
• Join client AV calls, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into clear action items for the AV team.
• Bridge communication between the AV, Events, and other internal departments to ensure alignment and project success.
• Support on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all AV projects by maintaining strong communication channels and organized workflows.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the events industry, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMS platforms, and Monday.com; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Nice to Have
• Experience working with AV technologies or supporting AV operations.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience working with global teams or within a large corporate environment.
This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
