What You Will Do 

• Support knowledge management, e.g. with:
  - Create training videos
  - Support/ maintain knowledge base and manuals

• Support department’s IT structure, e.g. with:
  - Sharepoint maintenance
  - Access management

• Support Audits, e.g. with:
  - Access check
  - Document preparation

• Support internal meetings, e.g. with:
  - Preparation of meeting invitations
  - Support documentation and protocols

• Support project management, e.g. with:
  - Employee project allocation

What You Need

• Student in the field project management/ Audio/ IT or similar

• Self-motivated, independent, and organized skill set

• Ability to define and meet project deadlines

• Ability to document the own work results

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English/ German)

• First experience with software tools or willing to learn, e.g.
  - MS Office, especially Power Point, Outlook, Excel

• Project Management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, SAP, Sharepoint
