THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Sales Strategy and Performance Manager to our Sales Strategy team in São Paulo!
In this position you will sit in the Revenue Strategy & Operations organization. This team is responsible for understanding, structuring, providing visibility and insights on Revenue performance so all the Revenue org can make better data-driven decisions. As a Sales Strategy and Performance, you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving complex business problems. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather and interpret data, develop insightful recommendations, and communicate your findings effectively to both internal teams, Revenue Leaders and other client stakeholders.
YOUR IMPACT
- Problem Solving: work to identify and address specific client challenges. Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement;
- Data Analysis: collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and use this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform their recommendations;
- Presentation and Communication: create simple (ppt or word) documents to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. And present to senior management;
- Design and develop GTM automations and AI-powered systems to identify prospects that match the company’s Ideal Customer Profile, and deliver prospects to sales development and sales team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions.
- Able to create presentations, including recommendations, and present to senior leadership;
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
- Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- A driven self-starter, fast-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Previous relevant experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Python will be a plus
