What You'll Do:
🌍 About the Team
The Performance Measurement team plays a key role in helping advertisers understand the true impact of their campaigns run with Criteo.
Our mission is to measure, analyze, and surface campaign performance insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
To achieve this, we work with massive-scale data — leveraging Criteo’s rich shopper graph as well as data from trusted external measurement partners.
We collaborate closely with Product Managers and multiple R&D teams, including those building Criteo’s machine learning models and internal & external reporting solutions.

🚀 What You’ll Do
As part of the team, you will:
Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines processing terabytes of data 💾
Actively contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and long-term architecture 🧭
Partner with Product and Program Management to deliver high-impact projects in an Agile environment
Collaborate with multicultural, cross-functional R&D teams to ensure seamless system integration 🌐
Continuously deploy applications, improving efficiency, reliability, and performance
Champion a strong engineering culture focused on quality, scalability, and craftsmanship 🛠️
Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them grow and succeed 🌱
Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also bring fresh ideas from meetups, conferences, and the broader tech ecosystem. Whether it’s new frameworks, libraries, or best practices in testing and CI/CD, you’ll help us build state-of-the-art data applications.
Who You Are:
We’d love to work with you if:
You have 7+ years of experience building and evolving large-scale, complex systems
You’re proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, Python, C++, Java, Scala) and SQL
You have experience building data-intensive applications
Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a strong plus ⚡
You care deeply about reusability and enjoy simplifying complex systems
You’re curious about new technologies and may explore them through side projects or experimentation
You bring a positive, collaborative mindset and a strong “can-do” attitude 💪
You thrive in Agile teams and are passionate about delivering high-quality, well-tested code
