The opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. This role offers the chance to work on modern cloud-native solutions, contribute to end-to-end development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure backend systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Building and integrating RESTful APIs with strong authentication and authorization practices.
- Developing cloud-native services and deploying solutions within AWS environments.
- Working with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing application performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality application features.
- Ensuring best software engineering practices, code quality, and documentation.
What we want from you:
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Nest.js.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, preferably using AWS services.
- Experience working with GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API patterns.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (auth & authn) mechanisms.
