Job Description
Are you a skilled HVAC Warranty technician with a talent for troubleshooting and a commitment to doing the job right the first time? ProSkill Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Repair Technician to join our trusted team. As a Warranty Repair Technician, you’ll be a critical part of maintaining ProSkill’s reputation for fast, reliable, and high-quality service. In this role, you will
- Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
- Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
- Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
- Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
- Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
- Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
