**Production Team Member**

STARTING AT $26 per hour

**Location** – Portland, Oregon, Plant #3 

**Work Arrangement** – Onsite, Day Shift (4:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

**What you’ll do** 

**Production Operations:** Operate adjustable table-mounted grinders and belt sanders to grind and fit metal cast assemblies, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. 

**Process Adherence:** Execute and sustain performance relative to established processes, safety documents, and work instructions to maintain consistent production standards. 

**Quality Control:** Use hand grinding tools and dimensional gauges to fit adapters, points, and stainless sleeves accurately, contributing to the reliability of finished products. 

**Daily Responsibilities:** Engage in hands-on manufacturing tasks, maintain equipment, and collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals. 

**Success Metrics:** Demonstrate excellent attendance, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent quality output to support team success and operational efficiency. 

**Travel Requirements:** Minimal to no travel required; role is fully onsite at Portland Plant #3. 

**Safety First:** Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

**What you’ll bring** 

**Must-haves:** 

• Proven ability or willingness to become forklift certified. 

• Ability to use a full-face respirator safely and effectively. 

• Comfort with exposure to heat, noise, and dust. 

• Physical capability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. 

**Nice-to-haves:** 

• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience. 

• Experience using grinding tools or similar equipment. 

• Background in steelworking, machining, or foundry operations. 

• Strong team player with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
