About the role
We are looking for an Implementation Support Specialist in our office in Łódź - Jaracza

The Implementation Support Specialist plays a key role in managing the day-to-day customer experience of Axalta’s customer-facing digital applications. You will work closely with Digital Product Teams, Sales Operations, customers, distribution partners, and IT to ensure seamless access, adoption, and effective use of Axalta’s digital tools.

This role suits a digitally minded professional with strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

· Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to Sales Operations, customers, and distribution partners

· Manage user onboarding, access rights, and account administration

· Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and distributors/importers to drive adoption and effective usage

· Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

· Prepare and deliver basic reports and data analysis

Your profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Marketing, or a related field

· Experience in software or application support

· Strong digital and IT understanding

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com

· Experience with software testing and data analysis

· Understanding of business fundamentals and operational processes

· Fluent English (required)

· Polish language skills are beneficial

· Knowledge of another European language is an advantage

Salary

· Monthly salary: 10,000 PLN gross (The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and qualifications.)

Specjalista ds. Wsparcia Wdrożeń odpowiada za codzienne wsparcie użytkowników cyfrowych aplikacji Axalta oraz za rozwój pozytywnych doświadczeń klientów. Stanowisko zakłada ścisłą współpracę z zespołami produktowymi, sprzedażą, klientami, partnerami dystrybucyjnymi oraz działem IT.

Zakres obowiązków

· Zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego poziomu 1 i 2

· Onboarding użytkowników, administracja kontami i dostępami

· Współpraca z regionalnymi zespołami sprzedaży oraz dystrybutorami/importerami

· Aktywny udział w testach akceptacyjnych użytkowników (UAT)

· Przygotowywanie podstawowych raportów oraz analiz danych

Wymagania

· Wykształcenie wyższe (cyfryzacja, biznes, marketing lub pokrewne)

· Doświadczenie w wsparciu systemów lub aplikacji IT

· Bardzo dobra znajomość zagadnień cyfrowych i IT

· Praktyczna znajomość Salesforce.com

· Doświadczenie w testowaniu oprogramowania oraz analizie danych

· Zrozumienie procesów biznesowych

· Wymagana biegła znajomość języka angielskiego

· Znajomość języka polskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem

· Znajomość innego języka europejskiego będzie mile widziana

Wynagrodzenie

· Wynagrodzenie miesięczne: 10 000 PLN brutto (Ostateczna wysokość wynagrodzenia uzależniona będzie od doświadczenia, kompetencji i kwalifikacji kandydata.)
