🧠 What You’ll Do

As our DOR, you’ll be the driving force behind a thriving rehab department:

• 👥 Lead & Mentor a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, Speech Therapy staff)
• 📅 Oversee daily scheduling and ensure optimal staffing coverage
• 🏥 Deliver hands-on patient care while managing department operations
• 📈 Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
• 📝 Maintain accurate, timely documentation & billing practices
• 🚀 Develop and implement innovative therapy programs
• 🤝 Build relationships with hospitals, referral partners, and the community
• 📊 Monitor performance, productivity, and department success metrics
• 🎯 Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement

💼 What You Bring

• 🎓 PT, OT, COTA or SLP License in good standing
• ❤️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• 💻 Experience with systems like Net Health and PointClickCare
