- Lead product lifecycle management, including positioning, launch planning, in-market optimization, and portfolio rationalization to improve growth and competitiveness.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, surgical workflow, and competitor activity to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales to support opportunity development, pipeline acceleration, and strategic account initiatives for capital equipment and ecosystem adoption.
- Drive procedure-based market development programs across General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Urology, and Gynecologic Oncology to expand utilization.
- Engage key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders to increase adoption of surgical visualization technologies through evidence-based messaging and clinical partnership.
- Deliver product and clinical training grounded in surgical anatomy and procedural workflow; plan and execute workshops, symposiums, and customer education programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, supply chain, pricing, finance, and commercial teams to support demand planning, forecasting, and business execution.
