We're expanding our world-class team and looking for a results-driven Senior Marketer to impact how millions of people around the world learn or discover something new like music, singing, drawing, and more. You’ll have a deep understanding of different audiences, how to communicate with them, and methodologically identify marketing initiatives in pursuit of aggressive growth goals.

Key responsibilities
- Growth marketing: You’ll build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across different channels, aligned with our overall business goals and impact areas.
- Direct-to-consumer strategy: You’ll directly influence the journey of millions of people.
- Getting things done from start to finish: Working on multiple projects at a fast pace from conducting research, positioning, building the marketing strategy, hands-on execution, messaging, and measuring results. No challenge is too big!
- Audience-first thinking: Leading research and turning consumer-centric, quantitative, and qualitative insights into the right message for the right audience across multiple channels.
Experience and skills
- 3-4 years of strategic marketing experience in a global, performance-oriented, consumer company, start-up or advertising agency
- Extensive experience with content and strategy
- Deeply understand US audiences, the competitive landscape and all parts of the consumer journey, using audience-led thinking to determine the best way to achieve an outcome.
