THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing events across APAC. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on event experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to grow into a regional event management role. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality events, supporting both owned and partner events, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1) Event Execution & Logistics

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of events across APAC
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and production partners
  • Manage logistics including production, shipping, and on-site setup
  • Prepare detailed run-of-show and ensure smooth on-site delivery
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve during live events

2) Event Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for event organizers and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams 
  • Support speaker logistics including scheduling, briefing, and materials
  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders leading up to events

3) Post-Event Reporting & Follow-up

  • Consolidate event outcomes including attendance and leads
  • Support post-event reporting and internal recaps
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up on leads
  • Assist in repurposing event content for marketing and communications

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or agency environments
  • Proven experience supporting or executing events (conferences, brand activations, or corporate events)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and s
