DESCRIPTION:
As a Key Accounts Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support strategic growth and build lasting partnerships with major customers across our innovative portfolio. You'll develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen Thermo Fisher's position as the trusted partner of choice. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage our resources and technologies to deliver tailored solutions that help customers make breakthrough discoveries and advances in healthcare, life sciences, and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a defined territory to sell to diagnostic companies, Biotech, key Pharma and CRO companies.
  • Plan, coordinate and handle a sales territory. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Handle the sales cycle.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product improvements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
  • Work closely with sales manager for territory business planning and implementation. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.
  • Interpret and lead key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related major
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Biotech industry.
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Good English communications in both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills to take care of scientific discussion with customers.
  • Good data analysis and biz planning skills.
  • Energetic, strong teammate and capability of working under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
