About the role
Job Purpose:
Install/Upgrade/Migrate SAP/Tableau/Alteryx/PowerBI/TM1 Application/Databases of latest technologies.
Sr Administrator must schedule the maintenance activity of multiple systems, juggle overlapping tasks, and inform relevant parties of any changes that are made.
Responsible to create the server infrastructure and to ensure that all technology workloads are balanced.
They configure and troubleshoot software logistics and are required to resolve any performance or startup issues that appear due to their installations.
Review performance reports, audit reports to keep the system healthy
Experienced in technical infrastructures, including transport and printer administration, job scheduling, designing, and implementing of SAP operational needs.
Setup Alerts in the monitoring tools for proactive monitoring to capture the issues ahead.
Experience working on Incidents and requests created by end users and meet the customer satisfaction.
Document the process followed and review the documents.
Responsibilities:
• Install/Upgrade SAP/BI Platform Software/Databases (25%)
• Migrate SAP/BI Platform Software/Databases/Advanced Administration (5%)
• Provide Technical support to Users/App Teams/Business (15%)
• Responsible to create the server infrastructure and experience working with ticketing tools to ensure customer satisfaction (15%)
• Review performance reports, audit reports to keep the system healthy (5%)
• Periodic maintenance of system health and keep lights on (10%)
• Monitoring of the systems proactively (5%)
• Troubleshoot SAP and BI platform system issues (15%)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with Any Stream Field of Study preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree with Information Technology field of study required.
• Other Education / Certifications:
- SAP Certified Technology Associate on HANA or
- SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA or
- SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade or
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration or
- SAP Certified Technology Associate - OS/DB Migration for SAP or
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect or Tableau Server Certified Professional
