Commercial Lines Account Manager

Storable, the self-storage industry's leading technology and integrated insurance platform, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance team.

In this role, you will manage an assigned commercial book of business, partnering with clients, carriers, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial insurance professional with strong Applied Epic expertise, a client-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned commercial lines book of business, ensuring timely and accurate servicing of client accounts.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, billing requests, and coverage updates.
• Prepare applications, proposals, renewal documentation, and policy-related correspondence.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, secure policy changes, and resolve servicing issues.
• Review client accounts for coverage gaps and identify opportunities to enhance protection.
• Support clients throughout the claims process and act as a trusted resource.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within Applied Epic.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System.
• Experience servicing commercial insurance accounts, including:
  • Renewals
  • Endorsements
  • Certificates of Insurance
  • Policy administration
  • Carrier interactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, CRM, or CPIA.
• Experience supporting small business or middle-market commercial accounts.
• Experience with premium financing and carrier billing.
• Familiarity with property-related risks, real estate, or self-storage operations.
