Description
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for operational matters between Apple's Operations team and our Reseller Channel across EMEIA. You will champion the needs of our Resellers, ensuring their voices are heard and their requirements are met. You'll use your analytical skills to forecast demand, optimise inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency, ultimately driving sales growth and enhancing the reseller experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner, or similar role. Demonstrated analytical abilities, with the ability to evaluate, analyse, and present complex data to a broad audience. Strong solution-oriented analytical planning skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving supply chain challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to driving precise execution. Practical and focused approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations. Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment. Solid understanding of demand planning principles and forecasting techniques. Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving results. Advanced numeracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
A relevant 3rd level degree, e.g. Maths, Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage. Strong proficiency in Excel.
