你将会怎么做
· 执行公司市场销售策略，达成销售目标；
· 掌握公司渠道水机产品的技术特点，并熟悉家装零售空调系统解决方案;
· 掌握培训技能，按培训计划要求进行内外部技术培训;
· 建立和拓宽家装零售产品的销售渠道，建立经销网络，提供良好的客户服务，建立并维护良好的客户关系；
· 与维修部门密切配合，确保客户获得高质量的售后服务.
我们期待的是
要求
· 暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历；
· 优秀的人际沟通能力，团队协调合作能力和良好的承压性；
· 熟练运用OFFICE办公软件尤其是EXCEL/WORD/PPT;
优先考虑的
· 5年以上空调/暖通/水泵/新风/净水/壁挂炉/热水器等相关产品销售管理工作经验；
· 丰富的团队管理经验，跨部门协作能力；
· 良好的学习能力，能够分析市场趋势并做出业务判断。
