Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities    

  • Assist in providing medical insight 

  • Work in an increasingly autonomous role 

  • Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care 

  • Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems 

  • Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff. 

   

Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.    

  

All LPN must meet the following minimum requirements:    

  • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License  

  

 

Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above)     

  • Med/Surg experience   

  • Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population   

   

Compensation:   

  • Salary is up to 55000 USD annually

   

Schedule:   

  • M-F 10a-6p
