Communication Strategist

At dentsu, we are looking for a Communication Strategist, to join our Milan office.
The purpose of this role is to support the development of integrated media strategies by turning data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Working closely with internal teams, the role helps ensure that every plan is consistent, effective, and aligned with client objectives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of communication strategies based on the guidelines provided by the Strategy Director

• Extract and interpret data and insights using a wide range of market and proprietary tools (from audience profiling to media plan optimization).

• Conduct targeting analyses and contribute to scenario building to inform strategic recommendations.

• Create clear, compelling presentations in PowerPoint and develop analytical documents in Excel to support client deliverables.

• Actively participate in meetings, briefing sessions, and collaborative moments contributing to the strategic process.

• Coordinate with internal specialists to ensure an integrated, full-funnel communication approach.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a similar role 

• University degree in Communication, Economics, or related fields.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.

• Good storytelling abilities and presentation skills.

• Analytical mind-set and confidence with data interpretation.

• Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Open-minded, curious, and able to think laterally.

• Proactive approach and positive attitude.
