Responsibilities:
- Be in charge of business development of Klueber in his/her responsible area/industry and reach sales and GP target.
- Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself, specifically both sales and non-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objectives (MBO), and any reassessment.
- Establish and maintain a good long-term partner relationship with potential/existing customers.
- Provide professional technical support for customers, including product introduction and new product promotion, technical seminars, issue solving, and quick response to complaints and quality problems.
- Cooperate with internal sales team and finance department to ensure contract payments are collected according to required conditions.
- Timely and actively give feedback on certain projects and share experience among colleagues.
- Collect market and competitor information and provide timely feedback to the company.
- Submit job-related reports such as weekly report, weekly plan, forecast, visit report, market research, and sales review regularly and timely.
- Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by supporting a safe working environment, minimizing environmental impact, and reporting risks or improvement opportunities to HSE or SEO.
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and all applicable local and national laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or relevant major.
- No experience required; more than 1 year of working experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills to build trustworthy relationships with customers.
- Excellent learning ability and willingness to take on challenges.
- Mature customer handling experience, good command of value selling, and Kluberized way of working.
