The Challenge 

Identify and shape a design roadmap aimed at enhancing our user experience and driving key business metrics. In this proactive role, you will collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure the relevance, quality, and impact of design initiatives. You will provide strategic input for decision-making and prioritization, contributing to the broader team roadmap and leading cross-team UX initiatives.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Wallapop’s discovery journey—creating engaging, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. Your work will directly enhance how millions of users discover and connect with unique items. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on design execution: you will define design strategies and frameworks while building seamless end-to-end flows with an elevated UI. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will move Wallapop’s product vision forward and ensure every initiative delivers measurable value for both our community and the business.
