Job Description
Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations, then Network Losses (NL) reduction role is that opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners. The role will be specifically focused on Internet of Things (IoT)

The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic and agile; with strong time management skills
Key job responsibilities
Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact.
Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses.
Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses.
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience implementing process improvements
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
