Job Title: Warehouse Order Clerk IV

Work Location: Guam

Labor Category: Non-Exempt (CBA – Union Represented)

Pay Rate: $20.61 per hour

Health & Welfare: $7.50 per hour


 

About the Role 

The General Clerk IV performs advanced clerical and administrative support duties requiring a high level of accuracy, organization, and independent judgment. This position supports departmental operations by coordinating complex clerical tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and serving as a key administrative resource for staff and management.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performs advanced clerical and administrative functions, including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, and records management.
  • Compiles, reviews, and maintains complex files, reports, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinates office activities such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking deadlines.
  • Drafts and edits letters, memoranda, reports, and other documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Processes forms, applications, requisitions, and transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitors workflow and assists with prioritizing tasks to meet operational deadlines.
  • Ensures compliance with confidentiality standards, record retention requirements, and organizational guidelines.
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in EMH access for furnishing required.
  • 3-5 years of clerical or administrative experience required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

 

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work on-call, as well as alternate and extended shift schedules when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions 
  • Duties may involve working around various hazards while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
US Pay Range
$20.61$20.61 USD
