• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans aligned to future capability needs
• Drive role clarity by aligning responsibilities to standardized roles, levels, and skills frameworks
• Lead job architecture adoption, ensuring consistent role mapping and minimizing rework cycles
• Enable organization design by restructuring teams and responsibilities to align with business objectives
• Strengthen talent and succession processes through clear role expectations and skills alignment
• Improve internal mobility by standardizing roles and enabling lateral and in-role career movement
• Identify critical role and domain skills, translating gaps into targeted hiring and development strategies
• Lead change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and equitable talent decisions during transitions
• Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities influencing talent strategy
• Collaborate across HR and business stakeholders to drive scalable, skills-based workforce practices
• Demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to workforce planning and talent outcomes

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex workforce concepts
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, business, or related field
• Experience implementing skills-based workforce or talent frameworks at scale
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools supporting job architecture and workforce planning
• Background in talent management, succession planning, or internal mobility programs
• Knowledge of evolving workforce trends, including AI-driven talent processes
• Certification in HR, organization development, or workforce planning disciplines
