Summary:

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

  • Demonstrate solid experience in Completion and Wellbore Intervention activities.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in coordination/management positions in Completion and Wellbore Intervention operations.
  • Be able to fluently speak and write in portuguese, desirable and Advanced English.

You will be responsible for:

  • Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
  • Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
  • Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
  • Be familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients’ objectives.
  • Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.
  • Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
  • Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out.
  • Provide firsthand technical support for going projects.
  • Monitoring and tracking service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Planning and preparation of completions and wellbore intervention operations with the customer, coordinating resources for the operations and technical support for  completion/wellbore intervention operations.
  • Being responsible for managing the flow of information required for specific projects.
  • Working in direct contact with the customer, planning, operations and required technical support.
  • Ensuring the planning and preparation of operations, following Baker Hughes procedures, in order to ensure the safety of employees, equipment and the environment.
  • Primary resource for the Service Delivery Manager to assist in executing all activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process.
  • Accountable for the use of Job Center in location to manage the jobs at hand.
  • Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, Equipment preparation and people readiness.
  • Working with IWS Project Managers and / or other PL’s SDC on X-PL critical tasks within a job.
  • Assisting other Service Delivery Coordinators with Technical Peer Reviews.
  • Driving the culture of discipline of the 5 Fundamentals of Service Delivery:
    • Project and Deployment Readiness.
    • Risk Assessment.
    • Management of Change.
    • Incident Management.
    • IMtJC process compliance.
