About the role
＜業務内容＞
e-POWER・EVを搭載する新型車のパワートレイン音振性能開発担当。
特にフィジカルフェーズにおける性能評価を行い、フィードバックサイクルを回しながら、品質を高めお客様にお届けする業務で、以下いずれかおよび複数の業務を担当します。
・実車、システムベンチ、ユニットベンチを駆使した音振性能評価と分析
・他車の性能進化や規制などの市場動向を踏まえた目標設定
・エンジン、モーター、減速機などの発音部位究明と対策立案、実機検証

機械力学、振動工学、音響工学などの音振性能関連の基礎知識があること

・工業製品の音振性能に関わる開発業務経験3年以上
・自動車および自動車用部品業界での職務経験
・Mueller-BBM社PAK計測解析システムの利用経験
