Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program, based in Gdańsk, Poland, is a 3-month (July 1st - September 30th), paid opportunity designed to provide university students with meaningful, project-based experience across our business. During this year’s Summer Internship Program at Noble, we offer students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within the Employee Cycle (Global HR) team. The internship provides exposure to core HR processes and supports global employee lifecycle activities in a corporate environment. If it sounds interesting to you, do not hesitate and apply!
Your responsibilities:
Supporting the issuance of employee-related documents
Assisting with Workday data changes and updates
Supporting benefits administration activities
Assisting with invoice checks related to HR services
Supporting updates and amendments to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Assisting team members with daily operational and ad‑hoc HR tasks
Our Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English min. B2/C1 level)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges, positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Program Eligibility
This internship is open to students who are currently enrolled at a university, who are pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in Poland (Noble is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this program)
Our Application Process
Application Review
After you submit your application (in English), our Talent Acquisition team will review your résumé and qualifications.
Initial Conversation
Selected candidates will be invited to a short call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background, interests, and the internship program.
Assessment & Final Interviews
Finalists will complete a brief assessment ahead of the interview. This provides insight into individual strengths and problem-solving approaches, which allows the conversation to be more tailored. The process then continues with a behavioral and functional interview with the hiring manager and the Talent Acquisition team.
Selection & Offer
Following final interviews, a decision will be made and communicated to all candidates. Selected students will receive an offer to join Noble’s Summer 2026 Internship Program.
