We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead service delivery and capital works across a major client account. This role is responsible for managing Minor New Works and Capex projects end-to-end while ensuring contractual KPIs, financial targets, and client expectations are consistently met.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all FM services in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA), ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded
- Lead the planning, scoping, pricing, and delivery of capital and minor works projects
- Provide technical advice and identify cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, safety, and performance standards
- Oversee financial performance including project budgets, WIP, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and escalation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality systems through regular site audits
- Prepare and deliver client reports, project updates, and performance insights
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, ideally within an outsourced environment
- Proven experience delivering capital works or minor projects ($50K–$2M range)
- Strong technical background (trade or property-related qualification advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and service delivery performance
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, WIP, and cost control
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Proficient in FM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); JDE experience preferred
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear, client-ready reports
