Grinding Machine Operator

1. Check equipment running situation, workpiece, drawing, process card, purchase order and prepare related tools.

.检查并调整大型外圆磨床运行情况，核对工件与施工图、工艺卡、订单、流转卡号等资料，配齐、配好工、夹、量具、砂轮、夹装好工件。

2. Execute safety technology operation rule.

执行大型外圆磨床的安全技术操作规程。

3. Follow process criterion and record the dimension of the workpiece's main part. Do machining after handle all the founded problem.

遵守工艺规范，按要求记录好工件主要部位的尺寸、发现问题立即采取措施。

4. Be through transfer process card, record actual time, clean work area and maintenance the grinding machine.

做好工件流程卡的传递、实际工时的记录，工作场地的清洁、大型外圆磨床的清洁保养，设备点检、上下班的交接。

5. Be through with the antirust for normal tools and cooling tow.

做好零件的防锈和工、夹、量、砂轮、冷却池的保养。

6. Be through with the first stair of maintenance, and cooperate with the second stair maintenance.

做好设备的一级保养，配合做好二级保养。

1. Technical school degree or above, mechanical or related major, at least 1 year related working experience

技校/职校或以上学历，机械相关专业，至少1年以上相关工作经验

2. Familiar with the big grinding machine's structure, capability, running system and the instruction for machine. Know how to operate, adjust, check and maintenance the machine.

了解大型磨床的一般构造、性能、传动系统与机床说明书，及车床操作知识、维护方法，精度检验，调整方法。

3. Familiar with the principle of cutting and chipping and material capability, and know the knowledge of related tools.

掌握各种工装、夹具、量具的构造、用途及使用保养；熟悉各种刀具、几何形状和切削性能知识。

4. Knowing the basic knowledge of the process and the function of normal accessory. Command the material capability and tolerance.

掌握编制工艺规格的基本知识，了解一般零件的功用，掌握零件材料性能精度、要求、确定合理切削用量，加工余量知识。

5. Knowing the principle of metal cutting, the reason of the junction and anti junction method. Know lifting for big workpiece.

熟悉金属切削原理，懂得各种废品产生的原因及防止方法，了解大型工件起重吊运知识。

6.Can read complicated drawing and finish machining for complicated workpiece on different big grinding machine.

能在各种大型磨床上完成较复杂工件的加工任务，看懂较复杂的零件图。

7. Can use and check measure tool and calculate the basic parameter for big workpiece.

能正确使用及检验量具，能进行大型零件的基本参数计算。

8.Basic knowledge of CNC system & program& tool& machining parameter

Knowledge etc.

掌握基础的数控系统和程序，刀具知识，加工切削知识等。
