About the role
Carrier (brand Riello) è alla ricerca di un Area Manager per lo sviluppo commerciale e la gestione della rete di agenzie nel Centro-Nord Italia.
La risorsa sarà responsabile del presidio del territorio e del coordinamento delle agenzie commerciali, assicurando l’implementazione delle strategie di vendita e lo sviluppo del business nel mercato HVAC.
Responsabilità principali
Gestire e sviluppare una rete di agenzie commerciali sul territorio;
Supportare le agenzie nelle attività di vendita e nelle trattative commerciali;
Garantire l’implementazione delle strategie commerciali e degli obiettivi di fatturato nell’area assegnata;
Identificare nuove opportunità di business e sviluppare relazioni con clienti chiave;
Organizzare meeting periodici sul territorio con la rete vendita;
Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore.
Requisiti
3–5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali nel settore HVAC, termoidraulico o affini;
Esperienza nella gestione di reti di vendita o agenzie commerciali;
Background tecnico o tecnico-commerciale;
Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio e trasferte.
