As part of the Networking Partner Sales team, you will directly influence partner go-to-market strategies, develop new offers, enable partner sales teams, and accelerate the adoption of Cisco's AI-ready, secure networking platform. Your Impact
As a Partner Account Executive within Cisco EMEA Networking Partner Sales, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with some of the largest Cisco Partners in France. You will be part of Cisco's EMEA Partner Routes to Market organization, collaborating with local, European, and global teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. Your primary focus will be on working with key Cisco Partners in France, specifically around Cisco Secure Networking product architecture.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong sales and partner focus, as well as deep expertise in Cisco Networking solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will enhance partner experiences by developing and executing strategies to drive business growth. You will coordinate with Cisco teams to deliver solutions, implement strategic plans to exceed sales targets, and play a key role in expanding Cisco's Secure Networking channel route to market. This includes enabling partners to build profitable services, accelerating solution adoption, and shaping go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new business opportunities, delivering detailed business metrics, and anticipating market changes that may impact revenue. You will stay ahead of industry trends, foster collaboration with partners, and leverage team resources to ensure accountability and achievement of goals. By assisting partners with business transformation, you will showcase how technology can deliver competitive advantages. Your financial acumen and sales expertise will help expand Cisco's influence and share within partner account teams.
Minimum Qualifications
You are a collaborative, consultative seller with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across all levels within Cisco and our partners. Outcome-focused and results-driven, you excel in sales and business development environments. Experience including:
5+ years of sales experience and a deep understanding of channel dynamics
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Mastery in developing trusted relationships, from working level to executive level
Business maturity, adaptability, and agility in high-energy, dynamic environments
Fluency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
Recognized as an orchestrator able to train, teach, and support partners in positioning Cisco Networking solutions and architectures in customer engagements
Ability to actively listen, make recommendations, and influence partner executives
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent)
Strong collaboration skills across EMEA and global teams
Operational excellence and financial acumen
