Job Description
Amazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated executive to lead 3P Basket-Building strategy at Amazon Mexico. This person will drive initiatives to enhance the customer's shopping cart experience by increasing the purchase of complementary items, using data analytics to develop strategies for selection, pricing, and recommendations. This person will drive results by working cross-functionally with tech and business teams to launch scalable solutions and improve 3P Mexico features like Virtual Bundles, focusing on growth, and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and build strong relationships across functions.
- Process Improvement: Standardize processes, drive automation, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strategy & Growth: Identify opportunities in product selection (especially low-cost items) and design programs to boost basket size and value.
- Analytics: Use data to develop insights, define KPIs, and build measurement frameworks for basket-building features.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Sales teams, Operations to define requirements and execute programs.
- Feature Implementation: Drive the adoption and improvement of features like accessory recommendations and virtual bundles.
- Strong program/project management experience (5+ years).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with large-scale operations, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think big.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal

- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
