As a Senior Copywriter, you craft ideas that travel across markets, cultures, and regulations without losing impact. You lead with sharp creative thinking and world-class headline writing, building platforms that work everywhere — not just somewhere.
You’ll work in a highly regulated, highly structured global client environment, where clarity, precision and discipline are as important as creativity. From brand manifestos to global toolkits, from decks to digital ecosystems, you shape clear, compelling communication under strict regulatory and market constraints.
You work closely with strategists and art directors to turn strategy into ideas that feel human, bold and precise. You are as comfortable writing as you are presenting, explaining creative choices, and calmly guiding multiple global stakeholders through the thinking behind the work.
This role requires confidence, clarity and craft — but also emotional intelligence, composure and a cool head. Everything you do operates at a global level.
Responsibilities
- Develop original, strategic campaign ideas across all media and channels while meeting strict global and regulatory requirements
- Craft strong, memorable headlines that can carry entire campaigns
- Build global brand platforms, toolkits and creative guidelines for international rollout
- Translate strategy into digital-first thinking and channel-specific executions
- Partner closely with art directors and strategists to shape, challenge and refine ideas
- Present work clearly and confidently to senior clients and global stakeholders
- Navigate complex, multi-layered client feedback with maturity, diplomacy and a steady poker face
- Protect the core creative idea while remaining open, constructive and solution-oriented
- Mentor junior copywriters on craft, tone and global brand consistency
- Use AI tools as part of the creative process — to explore, test and enhance ideas, not replace thinking
Requirements
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or creative studio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating global-level creative thinking and writing
- Proven expertise in headline writing across campaigns, platforms and formats
- Experience creating global toolkits, guidelines and scalable brand systems
- Strong deck-writing skills — from strategic framing to sell-in narratives
- Solid understanding of branding, communication strategy
