About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Analytics Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Advanced proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath & Blue Prism), Python, SQL, Selenium, Cypress, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI for automation and solution development
  • Expertise in building dashboards using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Excel to support business insights and reporting
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across processes and technology; track, measure, and realize resulting benefits
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical insights and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to embed data-driven decision-making into day‑to‑day operations1
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; ensure timely escalation and risk mitigation
  • Deliver comprehensive executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and business outcomes
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work directions to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Advanced proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath & Blue Prism), Python, SQL, Selenium, Cypress, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI for automation and solution development
  • Expertise in building dashboards using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Excel to support business insights and reporting
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

     Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, RPA, VBA, Microsoft Power BI and SQL
  • Knowledge of BI Tools: Tableau/ Power BI/ SSRS & Excel
  • Strong exp in creating executive-level decks
  • Develop and document detailed procedure Procedures, Workflow, and guidelines for various processes
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Use visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams, or templates to simplify complex processes
  • Experience Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Excel)
  • Experience building or modifying Power BI dashboards
