Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitest du alle eingehenden Reklamationen und Anfragen in Email-Postfächern und Kundenhotline
- Erfasst und pflegst du die Ursachenschlüssel der Reklamationen
- Du stimmst Terminabsprachen mit externen Dienstleistern ab und setzt diese durch
- Bearbeitest und erfasst du Aufträge in SAP
- Kommunizierst du mit Kunden, Außendienst/Key Account, Logistik und externe Dienstleister
Was du mitbringst
Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Service / Logistik
- Erfahrung mit CS&L sowie in der Kundenbetreuung
- SAP-Kenntnisse (KPA) und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Kundenorientierung, Einflussvermögen und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und externen Partnern
- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, proaktive Denkweise und Flexibilität
- Gutes Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse
Die Gehaltseinstufung erfolgt in den “KV für Information and Consulting”. Bei entsprechender Erfüllung der oben Anforderungen beträgt das Brutto-Einstiegsgehalt für diese Position EUR 47.000,00 pro Jahr, aufgeteilt auf 14 Bezüge in Vollzeit. Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht.
